If you can't save to PDF by default, then simply use the Print method. Install a virtual PDF printer drivers and instead of Save as, use Print, select the virtual driver then choose a name for your PDF and you are good to go.
I recommend installing the the CutePDF Writer for this operation. I've used it in many apps where I had to export the content, but the PDF option was missing.
Install note: Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet since installation of a 3rd party module (open source GhostScript) is necessary.
I got a new computer and had to download a new copy of View Choice. How do I get my archival information back?

There is no tutorial regarding the way to add the reports to the application. I have checked the Additional Help section from the About menu. It presents reports without a way to add them into the software. My advise is to copy all the reports or at least a few in the installation folder (default "C:\Program Files (x86)\ViewChoice\") of the software, then restart it and try opening them again.
Since the official website has issues with products loading, I recommend checking the Help section of the software. Press F1 when the main window is active or go to Help > Help Topics. You will find there all the information you need.
Periodically check the official website to see if it will return. Note that it's not working at the moment.
